He ran the diagnostic test on her vehicle, researched the results and gave advice on what to do. He was able to reset the code so that we could make it back home. When asked how much, he wasn't going to charge us anything!!! He was given something for his time and trouble to help us. He was grateful for it. He was very busy and could have turned us away or charged us, but he chose not to. Great business ethics in my opinion. I just had to share our very positive experience with this shop.
